Awesome! Thanks for the clarification. I mainly use caffeine for the stimulant effect. Examine.com had stated that bacopa regulates the dopamine spikes in the striatum reducing the stimulant effect. I had noticed this reduced effect when combining the two, but it may also have been due to a few other factors. Thanks again!

You will definitely notice a calming effect from bacopa. However, it should not affect norepinephrine levels to the degree it does the others, so you will still have wakefulness. It might lower the reinforcing aspects of caffeine consumption, due to it's effect on dopamine, but that's kind of a good thing.
