Nope, it sounds like you might be a tax evader. What you're doing might be legal, and many people would probably claim that it's wise, but if you're changing your official corporate location based on paying the least taxes as opposed to basing it on where you're actually conducting business, then you've evading taxes.
I might argue that evading taxes is generally immoral. You have a responsibility to pay back into the system that you're benefiting from. I think preventing this kind of tax evasion is difficult if not impossible, but that doesn't mean it's acceptable.

How in any way could I be considered a tax evader?!? I pay all required taxes for myself and my company! I do no business in Arizona, I only live here. The corporation is a separate entity to me, that has other varying interests and reasons for it's actions. I am merely majority owner and vice president of operations. Where I live has no bearing on the actions of my company! Do you understand how corporations work? They are a separate entity that is justified in making actions that best suit it's own interests. As an executive of the corporation, I am tasked with making those decisions for the betterment of the company!
