If you are capable of moving out of state, you are capable of moving out of country. For the vast majority of lower class citizens, even moving to a different city would be out of the question, let alone moving to another state. This talking point really needs to stop, as anyone who uses it only shows that they have either never had to move, or never been poor enough to understand that they couldn't.

That is absolutely ridiculous! You are telling me that becoming a citizen in another country is just as easy as taking a greyhound bus from Arizona to New Mexico?!? Even if you did not want to renounce your citizenship, you would still need a residence visa, which is impossible to get unless you can show you have money and will get a job in the new country! If you are homeless, you can get enough money for a bus ticket by standing on the side of the off-ramp for a single day, not to mention the option of hitchhiking! I've spoken to people that have done it! THE OPTION IS THERE! Leaving the country is NOT an option. That is my point!
