I suggest the stack a lot, which is probably why you see it. The berberine, hesperidin, EGCG, and epicatechin are the cornerstones of the stack. Quercetin and C3G are add ons that I use, but some might not value the cost.

Hitting AMPK is crucial for fat loss, so getting away from the stimulation is tough. Activation of AMPK is what triggers the oxidation of fat in the body. Quercetin will hit AMPK/MAPK, so it will likely be stimulating for you.
