The weight loss stack I found on this sub is awesome

I combed through this sub to find a weight loss stack and saw myasd post the same one in a couple of posts. It was berberine (I went with the phytosome version), hesperidin, Optim-ALA, epicatechin, and EGCG. So I decided to give it a try since I already owned half those things and it’s fucking awesome. I was already losing weight slowly from eating really clean with lots of fruits, vegetables, and meat. But it definitely sped up once I introduced the stack. It had a lot of benefits that made weight loss easier too. It numbed my hunger significantly, gave me lots of energy, nice mood boost, very little side effects despite taking it almost daily, and I feel like a cheat meal every so often was less likely to slow my progress. But yeah it’s weird to see the weight just dropping off with less effort on my part. And I’ve tried a lot of these solo with much less noticeable effects for weight on their own. I’m also not saying that you’ll magically lose weight if you aren’t in a deficit or the weight flies off rapidly, but it does make a noticeable difference on the scale if you are consistent and in a deficit.

I also was going through posts and must’ve came across the same post you did, because I’m stacking the same except instead of optim Ala I just use the cheaper one, and I also take epicatechin here and there.
2 months in and it might work. I’ve lost about 10 pounds but I’ve also been doing a lot stricter intermittent fasting. So, hard to really tell its impact. My guess would be 25% the stack and 75% the fasting but that’s still pretty good honestly for supplements if that were the case. Just so hard to quantify such a thing.

I suggest the stack a lot, which is probably why you see it. The berberine, hesperidin, EGCG, and epicatechin are the cornerstones of the stack. Quercetin and C3G are add ons that I use, but some might not value the cost.
