I combed through this sub to find a weight loss stack and saw myasd post the same one in a couple of posts. It was berberine (I went with the phytosome version), hesperidin, Optim-ALA, epicatechin, and EGCG. So I decided to give it a try since I already owned half those things and it’s fucking awesome. I was already losing weight slowly from eating really clean with lots of fruits, vegetables, and meat. But it definitely sped up once I introduced the stack. It had a lot of benefits that made weight loss easier too. It numbed my hunger significantly, gave me lots of energy, nice mood boost, very little side effects despite taking it almost daily, and I feel like a cheat meal every so often was less likely to slow my progress. But yeah it’s weird to see the weight just dropping off with less effort on my part. And I’ve tried a lot of these solo with much less noticeable effects for weight on their own. I’m also not saying that you’ll magically lose weight if you aren’t in a deficit or the weight flies off rapidly, but it does make a noticeable difference on the scale if you are consistent and in a deficit.

Yep, this is the stack I tell everyone to try for fat loss. It works wonders when combined with a good diet and exercise regimen, or with intermittent fasting. Obviously it's not going to replace diet and exercise, but it will really kick start it if you are on a good regimen. Also, the body recomp effects are noticeable over time. You notice more lean muscle mass and tone over time, and you look back at old pictures and notice your body shape starts to really change. I personally don't put Optim-ALA in it, and I add quercetin phytosome and C3G, but the base of the stack is the same as I use.
