After a long 9 month development process, I am proud to announce that the new Nootropics Depot site is now live! We listened to a lot of feedback from customers, and went back to the drawing board. We have known for a while that we needed a change, but did not pull the trigger till now. Not only did we update the site design, but we used this as an opportunity to really take a look at what we were doing right and wrong. As part of this process, we completely revamped the way we talk about our products. We simplified our menu and category structures to make it easier to find products you might want. Long gone is the confusing web of categories we used to have. Now every product has a single primary use category, with the ability to check other filters on the results page. These primary use categories have their own easy-to-spot icons. Then each product also has 4 benefit tags, with corresponding icons of their own. Why coa not for all products?
Also for example on black ginger there 6 coa - but all values exact same in all of them, e.g. capsule weight, fill.weoght, heavy metal, active ingredient - etc. So it looks like its one actually I've result that duplicated into multiple coa

We have only done one bulk capsule batch for Black Ginger, so all of those 6 lots are using the same capsules. That's why the numbers are all the same. Each time we do a run of finished bottles, it gets a new lot COA. However, we have the capsule batch number and raw material batch number that went into that capsule run on the COAs. When it is a new product, and sells faster than anticipated, you can see multiple lots from the same batch in succession. As we have more sales data, we hone in the base level demand, and try to do larger runs less often.
We are still working through all the COAs. We did the top 120 products for launch, which was around 1,000 COAs. We still have a lot to do on the product data side, too. That's why you see some products without benefit tags and other things. It's a huge process with our over 500 SKUs.
