After a long 9 month development process, I am proud to announce that the new Nootropics Depot site is now live! We listened to a lot of feedback from customers, and went back to the drawing board. We have known for a while that we needed a change, but did not pull the trigger till now. Not only did we update the site design, but we used this as an opportunity to really take a look at what we were doing right and wrong. As part of this process, we completely revamped the way we talk about our products. We simplified our menu and category structures to make it easier to find products you might want. The package left the FedEx facility 2 hours after I placed my order. Just insane how fast that went out from ND. FedEx cracks me up shipping from you guys to around the Dallas, TX area. About half the time they send it to the Memphis hub(there is a Dallas/Fort Worth hub) which I can probably wave at the plane as it flies over.

Yeah, I built our facility 1/8 of a mile from the FedEx distribution hub on purpose. They have a truck come to our warehouse, and then go directly to the hub to get out. It's really fast. However, yes they sometimes do the stupid Memphis hub thing. That's their main hub. No idea what AI systems they have that decide if it has to go there or not, but it seems random to me sometimes. Maybe just based on what trucks and planes they have space on. Who knows!
