Uh-oh, Nootropics Depot is threatening to sue ConsumerLab.
ConsumerLab testing discovered that Nootropics Depot Shoden Ashwagandha doesn’t have the claimed amount of Withanolides in it. ConsumerLab isn’t backing down. Stay tuned…

Swanson claimed to have 205mg silymarin. Consumer Lab only found 137.5mg, just 67% of what they claimed. However, CL PASSED THEM ANYWAY!!!! They say that Swanson was using UV-VIS, and outdated an inaccurate methodology, so that excuses them lying to customers and giving less than stated. So they approved Swanson's milk thistle, even though it didn't contain what they said it did.
Isn't this the reverse of the situation you're in?
- Swanson clamining higher because of a bad test. CL tests with a better test, finds lower than claimed and passes
- ND claims an amount with a better test, CL tests with a worse test to find lower and fails.

Really makes you wonder, right? We don't pay Consumer Lab. Swanson does. They treat us differently... What does that sound like?
