Fake magnesium citrate from Bulk Supplements?

Hey y’all, made a big purchase on cyber Monday for a bunch of product from Bulk Supplements, most of which I’m pleased with. However, the magnesium citrate lacks that fizzing quality and the sour twang I’ve grown accustomed to from other magnesium citrates.
I’ve reached out to them twice and have received no response, which makes me question their integrity as a company, and raises concerns about the quality of their other products. I’ve also seen this question asked on amazon, with many other concerned customers.
Anybody else buy magnesium citrate from them and experience this?

They literally don't do any testing, and will never give anyone lab analysis that asks for it. This has been the same for years and years. Anyone can try it. Email them as ask for a COA and analysis from any one of their products. They will just stop responding to you.
Furthermore, I bought a bunch of their stuff a while back and sent it off to labs to be analyzed. Most of it did not meet specs for active ingredients, and some were not even the right plant. Their green tea extract had 12.7% EGCG instead of 50% like they claimed. Their milk thistle had 38% silymarin instead of 80% as they claimed. Their curcumin only had 89% curcuminoids. Their panax ginseng root was not even panax ginseng root at all. It seemed to be cheaper American ginseng. The only thing we tested of theirs that had no problems was their CoQ10. Everything else we sent off for testing had something wrong with it.
