Safe to Buy Now Food Supplements from Amazon?

What they were answering

Okay, scratch what I said. I just got some lab results back from NOW's milk thistle, and it failed our testing. It is only 70% of label claim! I literally bought NOW, Jarrow, and Life Extension in this test as our positive controls, as I thought they would test well. The ones in our test I figured would fail were Bulk Supplements, Pure Encapsulations, and Puritan's Pride. However, they ALL FAILED!!! Fucking all of them...

Well, I have my answer. We were doing this thing because we are about to release our milk thistle, and it's the most potent we can get. However, I didn't want to look underdosed and overpriced. So I decided to go out and buy a bunch of competitors to run through the lab before we finalize our dosing. Sure enough, everyone out there is selling crap and lying on their labels. Fucking Bulk Supplements is half as much as they claim. NOW is 70% of what they claim. The worst of the bunch is Puritan's Pride. They only have 34% of what they claim on the label!!! I am going to have to make a post about this. This is bullshit.

You have to be really careful with TUDCA and alcohol. Let me break this down, as there's a lot of confusion around TUDCA and alcohol timing. Many companies say that you should avoid TUDCA within 24 hours of consuming alc

Could someone help me understand how ND Berberine compares to Thorne's Berberine?

Replying to SnackyFace · Very interesting, thanks for the feedback! Would it be safer to say the ND Berberine/Silymarin is more effective than the ND Phytosome, but the ND Phytosome is better tolerated by

I wouldn't say more effective. I would say the phytosome smooths out the absorption of it, allowing for less dosing. The berberine HCL/Silymarin you really take 3X per day. You can do 1-2X per day of the phytosome, as it
