Thank you. I try and balance ampk out with l-theanine. But it seems like I need 2g of l-theanine at once sometimes and I'm not sure if there's any dangers to such a high dose of that? I don't seem to be very sensitive to l-theanine.

To update on NMN powder, yesturday I took 500mg of it instead of my usual 50/100mg, 15 hours later I was lying in pain, bloated, my stomach felt like a football and I looked pregnant. It seems to be a thing with medium to high dosages of NMN for me. I don't get why it only happens 12+ hours later. It could be long_c____ too because that's flying around. Does NMN supress the immune system or something? I wish I had discovered it 5 years ago!

Hope you are having a good weekend!

I'd take taurine with the L-theanine. Take a gram of taurine with a lower L-theanine dose, and see if that works better for you.

Wow, that's really strange!

Does NMN supress the immune system or something?

NAD+ does regulate immune response through sirtuins. Sirt1 down-regulates the NFκB pathway, which decreases inflammation.

It's a good weekend so far! Have a happy 4th of July!

When will NMN be back in stock?

They will be back up by the end of the week. It's been a hell of a time getting these back in stock. In case you are not aware, the company that used to do the enteric coatings for us went out of business because of COVI

Enteric NMN with OptiNAD?

Yes, many people do that. The enteric really makes a difference with NMN. In our OptiNAD+ we use acid resistant capsules, but they don't last nearly as long as our enteric tablets do in stomach acid. We are still trying

Replying to dirk23wright · Why would you want a powder when you sell an enteric coated pill already? Isn't the powder going to be less effective? Are the capsules enteric coated as well?

Yes, the powder will be less effective. However, some people have issues with the enteric coating, and others have too strong of effects and want to dose lower. We are giving people more choice. The enteric coated tablet
