Isn't that what your mission statement was, going in to this, though?
You said something along the lines of wanting to raise the standards of testing etc so customers are getting what they are buying?
If anything you probably have to do a guide or something now, because rather than owning up to their failures, all these people are making youtube videos saying you're just a competitor trying to make them look bad. You probably have to go all the way. So there's literally nothing they can refute.
Or just sue them and let discovery bring the truth out properly.
Where is the accountability for everyone else in this industry? Where are the good people taking responsibility for their actions and working to change their ways for the right reasons?
There's lots of $$$ to be made so lots of corruption, Kinda comes with the territory :/
This world punishes those who do good and rewards those who do bad. I don't wanna get too conspiracy here, but look around, it's everywhere.
Everyone here appreciates you but it's not really enough is it?

Forcing the industry to change is not the same thing as me coming into all the companies that have defrauded customers over the years, and helping them to gently get their act together. These companies need to be issuing recalls, refunding customers, and openly admitting to customers what went wrong.

I have. You can buy from us and not ever worry that you won't get what you think you are. I have raised the standards. Other companies can even do testing through us under Omnient Labs if they want it done right. What I am not going to do is jovially hold hands with the bad actors in this industry, and calmly help them to build their businesses the way they should have been doing the entire time.

That's fine. I am gearing up to take this a lot further than I think many of them realize. I am not going to stop on this. If they think I am just going to forget about all this and let them go back to the way things were, they are going to be sorely mistaken.
