Just got my capsules of polygala extract from ND. Maybe sublingually would be more effective than swallowing the pill ? has anyone tried ?

Btw off topic- today is my first day of my very first compound from ND. I wrote sometime ago regarding doubts on getting ND packets all the way to Germany-possibly w/o having to go to the custom and spend a day of my life in that office (it happened to me 2 times for completely different products...soaps from Japan and a Hospital grade milk pump from US I bought when I had my kid. They made me even open the pack with the milk pump myself... they were thinking it was a bomb or...?)
I didn't even want to TRY buying something from outside EU after that. Your answer at that time and testimony from folks living in Germany have given me hope to try. I can confirm everything went smoothly and ND products arrived so quickly I thought I was getting them from behind the corner. Thanks, Mister.
