Just got my capsules of polygala extract from ND. Maybe sublingually would be more effective than swallowing the pill ? has anyone tried ?

Interesting. So as of now, DISS seems to be not very important for what Polygala is known for. Good to know!

I’m wary of glycyrrhizin, since it’s known for multiple acute and chronic toxicity cases back at my home country, but sodium caprate sounds interesting.

Yeah, the sodium caprate is the most promising, IMO. Who knows, DISS could be important, but active at micromolar concentrations. It's hard to say at this point.
