CD38 is an enzyme that increases as we age, and as a result, is the primary cause of age-related decline of Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide (NAD) through direct consumption.
From what I can tell, the most easily (industry) accessible molecules seem to be:
Apigenin
Luteolinidin
Luteolin
Kuromanin
Quercetin

IIRC apigenin seems to work better for CD38 inhibition. At least... in mice. It has poor bioavailability though, so it would need to be a special formulation.
It seems to have potential for other applications too: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6472148/

Apigenin is on our list to bring out. I think it should be reasonably bioavailable orally when taken daily.
