DRIED PARSLEY = superior to any Apigenin supplement. Rebut me if you can.

For context, dried parsley contains 45mg Apigenin per gram and has superior bioavailability.
I do love ND products but question the efficacy of taking supplementary Apigenin.
Would welcome any counter arguments if they do exist.

LOL, start shoving grams of parsley in your mouth then. You could say this about any plant extract. "Why don't I just shove lots of the regular plant in my mouth?!?" Sure, go ahead! I am sure Chef's Larder standardizes the apigenin batch to batch. Surely they are not just randomly getting the cheapest parsley they can, then using massive packaging lines to put it into shaker bottles. I am sure their lab testing is top notch; and pesticides, which are a problem for non-extracted plants. Ask them for the lab testing and see what Chef's Larder's lab team says... Hell, maybe 2 grams of that shit will blow your mind away! LOL. No need for supplements anymore! We just eat plants now.
Everyone here is aware that our plant extracts are made from plants, right? Like you could go and eat a whole bushel of lemon balm instead of Cyracos. You've always been able to do that. You could get your B vitamins and shit from foods, too. Hot take! Throw away your supplements! It turns out it's already in our food!!!
Also, parsley isn't standardized. Some studies find higher levels, and others lower levels.

The apigenin content in parsley was 11.89 mg/100 g edible portion.
So parsley has 118ppm apigenin in that study.
The parsley meal consisted of 2 g parsley per kg body weight corresponding to 149.45 8 35.21 g of parsley (mean 8 SD) and providing an average of 17.778 4.19 mg (65.76 +- 15.49 nmol) of apigenin. Parsley (leaves) from the same batch was provided to all subjects.
So they were taking 2 grams PER KILOGRAM body weight. That's 149 GRAMS of parsley per person per dose. The concentration of apigenin varies WILDLY study to study, too. Who knows how much is actually in there. We actually have a parsley sample in our lab right now that we just tested for another company. They only submitted it to us for ID, but I can have my lab director resubmit it for apigenin assay to see what is in there. Let's see how much we actually find!
