I ordered something for $ 90 on March 1st and I still haven't received my order.

I paid for the order from the beginning and it was written to me that my package was somewhere in Germany, far from the destination.
I wrote an email to the contact email and received no response. What can I do ?

We replied to his email 2 days after he sent it, and he viewed the email. We can see when customers view our emails. He did not email again until 4:54am this morning. We have not responded to that one yet since it just came in this morning. Saying he emailed us every week and we ignored him is a lie.
