Is this normal? I have emailed the support team and they just responded to wait because they already emailed dhl. The asked me to provide more time for my package to be delivered. On a separate order, I made the order around May 18th and received the package on June 2nd. This is really frustrating.

In early-June we ordered a floor cleaning machine from Kohls.com. After nearly a month passed, no package.

On July 2, we ordered some Lion's Mane from NootropicsDepot. We received that on July 5.

I wish I could order our floor cleaner from NootropicsDepot.

That's with a holiday weekend, too! You would have gotten it quicker without 4th of July being in there. LOL
