Is this normal? I have emailed the support team and they just responded to wait because they already emailed dhl. The asked me to provide more time for my package to be delivered. On a separate order, I made the order around May 18th and received the package on June 2nd. This is really frustrating.

Yeah, people here are idiots. I've been trying to educate as many people as I can of the risks, and how to mitigate them

You're probably talking about a lot of things you can't say publicly, and this is sad since a lot of people here would make use of all this information.
I was taking COVID seriously but didn't think I would need to buy anything to prepare against it (all of this was before the kidneys & heart affinity that we discovered later). But I remember reading your posts about and saw your commitment to the possibility of getting the virus and decided to buy some products. It turns out COVID was way worse than everyone thought, and buying everything was a smart decision.
Propaganda and bias has eroded any semblance of impartiality and reason.
Welcome to Brazil's baseline.
Ohh, and we got this going for us... which is nice.
Mutation in dominant Arizona coronavirus strain may make it more infectious
One thing that worries me a lot is the possibility of a very aggressive strain during the virus' bottleneck caused by the vaccination. It can very well trigger an End of the wo…

We learned about COVID-19 back in December. Our suppliers in Wuhan alerted us that there was a new virus spreading there, and that it was way worse than anyone was letting on. This is what got us to take it seriously very very early. This was before we knew anything about it. All we knew was it was a novel virus, and that our suppliers were scared shitless of it. Some of our suppliers even risked getting in trouble with the CCP to alert us that the government was downplaying the severity of it. So that's when I knew it was bad.
I don't know if you realize, but our suppliers openly telling us that information over Skype and WeChat was them risking being put in prison to warn us. We have good relationships with many suppliers in China, and some of them genuinely are our friends. So they actually risked their freedom to try and alert us to how bad it was. We got sent videos of the government bulldozing roads out of cities in China to prevent people from leaving. So we knew this was not just BS. I think our suppliers being so forthcoming with us so early helped us put the severity of this thing into perspective early on, which has driven us to be diligent in our response to it. It's why it has not really affected ND's operations too much. We had a pandemic response plan that we developed and put into place. I had multiple all hands meetings to explain the virus to every employee, and how they needed to take it seriously. We were able to beef up our supplies before everyone freaked out over it, and we got thousands of N95 masks for our people, and have even had our own antibody test kits at our facility since March. So we actually have a doctor administering the antibody testing here before we allow anyone back into our facility that has felt sick. We mandate 14 day quarantines for anyone that does feel sick, and they get their full pay during that time. So we have treated it very seriously and were very prepared, which has allowed us to maintain operations to a high level. I have not seen some of my employees in like 4 months, though. I've had a significant portion of my staff working from home this entire time. So it has been a challenge for us, but at least we have managed to keep things from affecting customers or our normal operations.
