Is this normal? I have emailed the support team and they just responded to wait because they already emailed dhl. The asked me to provide more time for my package to be delivered. On a separate order, I made the order around May 18th and received the package on June 2nd. This is really frustrating.

For shipping to SE asia (which I prob got like 10 shipments from your team in last 2 years) USPS is the best, DHL/Fex ex is always mega slow with customs, even if they in theory "do it all for you". they ask for passport by mail, charge massive fees (50% of shipment often). Meanwhile 4/5 times USPS just goes through and priority while expensive I save in time/no added customs.
Anyway just saying make sure to keep USPS as an option, they are very efficient for some countries like where I live due to the local fed-ex/DHL teams being slowed down by extra regulation/bad local teams. Sometimes makes me think it's a way for local goverment post to not get replaced by private fast shippers :(.

For sure. Southeast Asia is a different story. DHL is fantastic to Canada, EU, UK, and Australia, though. We will always offer USPS as an option, too.
