Greens Powders

u/misteryouaresodumb I don’t think the possibility of a greens powder from ND/Natrium has ever been mentioned, but curious if this has been discussed at all? Have you used any of these products in the past? Would be interested to know how some of the leading brands test in terms of accuracy of ingredients given how many ingredients these often list. Thanks!

The issue with micronutrients are they compete with each other for absorption a lot of the time, and the form they are in matters a LOT. So I would want to split them up into groups that did not compete with each other, and have those doses happen at different times of the day.
Is that the case with good forms too? I thought if it's a (selfmade) mix of chelated minerals from albion and ND's sucrosomial formulations, then one can take them all at the same time without absorption issues.

Depends on the forms. It's very complex, but I will simplify it a bit. Traditional chelated forms are bound to amino acids. They will use the dipeptide transporters to absorb. There are a lot more of those than ionic transporters. So it will be harder to saturate them. Then you have non-traditional chelated forms like Magtein, where they are chelated to a sugar acid instead of an amino acid. Those will absorb through the glucose/sucrose transporters. Then you have forms like our Micromag and Microzinc. Those are encased by a sucrester, or sucrose ester. Those also absorb through the glucose/sucrose transporters. Those are harder to saturate and overwhelm, too. So a combo of bioavailability enhancement solutions will allow you to take a lot more things at the same time. You can have some ionic, some chelated to an amino acid, some encased by a sucrester, and some salts.
