u/misteryouaresodumb I don’t think the possibility of a greens powder from ND/Natrium has ever been mentioned, but curious if this has been discussed at all? Have you used any of these products in the past? Would be interested to know how some of the leading brands test in terms of accuracy of ingredients given how many ingredients these often list. Thanks!

Folate is not water soluble? First I've ever heard of that. I've used Greens+ superfood blend before and had a positive experience.

Correct, folic acid is not readily soluble in water (1.6mg/L at 25*C). So that means it is practically insoluble in water. You can get that to 50mg/L in a pH buffered solution of sodium hydroxide.

How did you measure those results? Obviously there is stuff in there. I am just saying there is no way to prove that what they say is in there actually is. All these guys just buy these premade mixes from contract manufacturers, and combine them in their own formulations. You can buy a superfood blend, an enzyme blend, a vegetable blend, an antioxidant blend, a probiotic blend. They are all premade blends that everyone uses. Then companies start a brand and choose which of these standard blends to mix and make their own "unique" products. It's all the same shit being made in the background. The contract manufacturers then use input tracking to say how much they put in the formulation, but there's no way to assay that independently after the fact to verify.
