u/misteryouaresodumb I don’t think the possibility of a greens powder from ND/Natrium has ever been mentioned, but curious if this has been discussed at all? Have you used any of these products in the past? Would be interested to know how some of the leading brands test in terms of accuracy of ingredients given how many ingredients these often list. Thanks!

Most multivitamins are garbage
I agree. I haven't found a single multivitamin that I like. Sometimes I wonder if the companies making those live behind the moon. Can't be that hard to make a good multi, right? On the other hand chances are if someone brought out a multi that I like, everyone else would hate it because everyone has different needs and expectations.
I guess we can consider an essential nutrients product.
I'd love that!
I am not convinced we should be supplementing calcium, though. At least not in high amounts. There is evidence that exogenous calcium supplementation actually reduces bone mineralization.
Oh, I didn't know about that. I personally consume very little dairy, that's why I chose to supplement calcium. I take Calcium Hydroxyapatite from NOW, the same form Jarrow uses in its Bone-Up formula. It's supposed to be a superior form for bone mineralization, so... fingers crossed lol.
On another note, I remember you hinting at doing a B-Complex. Would be super cool if that would include only the active forms of B6 (P-5-P) and B2 (R-5-P) and not a mix. Thorne is the only company I could find that doesn't mix them with Pyridoxine HCL and Riboflavin.

Define hard. It's not that difficult in my opinion to develop it. It takes time and some research, which most companies don't want to spend money on. However, it's not something that would be difficult in the grand scheme of things.

I'll have to research Calcium Hydroxyapatite. I know it is used in bone grafts, but I am not sure how it affects the body with oral supplementation.

That was our plan. We were thinking of only using the active forms.
