Mister, if you're willing to share: Does the adamantane moiety confer some of the benefits of adamantane itself? Similar to how magnesium glycinate confers the benefit of glycine?

Yes it does. It both positively affects the pharmacokinetics of the peptide itself, and has direct effects in the brain.
