NMN - Storage?

Hey! I'm planning on buying a year's supply of NMN and I'm wondering where the best place to store it would be? Additionally, what would the optimal dosage be?

I'm 17 years old and I'm interested to see if it has any benefit to younger people who use it.

I mean, freezer won't hurt. If I was storing for like 5 years, I would put it there. However, it is overkill for most people. LOL
