Has anyone had any troubles like their products getting stuck in customs or high taxation when ordering from them to Canada?

Not sure what you do now but i know for a fact what you didn't do earlier, mate, which is a reship because of mentioned issues. My earlier comment was intended to be in a more general sense, but ND i knew two years ago never reshipped to me because of custom issues which happened more than once. What you did there - "since day one"... I never thought you of all people would be full of it, really didn't.
