Has anyone had any troubles like their products getting stuck in customs or high taxation when ordering from them to Canada?

Actually they usually don't. What they usually do is underline that when the package leaves their facilities, so does the responsibility of it (or rather, it falls on the services who carry the package)... So it's always a good idea to do some research into vends you do business with, to know how discrete their packaging system is... Which is ultimately the deciding factor of whether it'll be ceased in customs or not.

What are you talking about?!? We ALWAYS reship to customers if there is an issue with things being seized or not arriving. We have done that since day one.
