how often to cycle black seed oil extract?

I've been using black seed oil and now the extract consistently for about two months. Would it be time now to take a break? If so, how long?

I depends on the person. I generally like to cycle off most everything I take from time to time. A week off every couple months seems reasonable to me. Some things I take every day no matter what, but usually I cycle everything.
