What are you talking about?!? We ALWAYS reship to customers if there is an issue with things being seized or not arriving. We have done that since day one.

Send me your order number so I can look it up. We always reship if orders do not get there, or refund if reships fail to clear. If my team did not in a specific case, I want to look at the details of it.
