Has anyone had any troubles like their products getting stuck in customs or high taxation when ordering from them to Canada?

What they were answering

I sent you a PM here, it's not in my sents though (nothing over 24 days is). So I emailed ND with the same message.

I had seen people email your company asking for and receiving current customs status based on other orders, so I emailed them but seemed to just get the generic reply. As your T&C state no international reships, and CV19 messing up supply chains, I'm not sure if it's sensible to risk an $80 order?

Thanks!

That's weird... I just scrolled back in my inbox, and I have messages all the way back from 3 years ago. It goes further, but I stopped scrolling at page 112. I did a control F for your Reddit name, and I don't see any messages in there from you about it. Just the two comments from today, and the ones from 17 days ago about the reishi spore oil. Nothing before that. Perhaps it never sent?

Anyway, you have nothing to worry about. Canada is our second biggest market, after the US. We ship many packaged there every single day of the week. They always get there. If there are any problems, we will reship to you for free.

Red reishi extract, increasing wellness.

Which extract did you take? Reishi can get super calming if you do it right. Our supercritical CO2 extract of reishi spore oil is something else. So calming. Feels like no other reishi.
