Has anyone had any troubles like their products getting stuck in customs or high taxation when ordering from them to Canada?

Yeah but usually companies re-send the package if it gets stuck in customs. I’m wondering if that is the case with ND

We always reship to customers if packages do not arrive. ALWAYS. It's one of the reasons we have the reputation we do. We always take care of our customers. Obviously we don't reship until we are sure it is not getting there, but we always make sure the customer gets their order.
