Interesting new offering. But the big question is, does it make you tired or lethargic? Like Bacognize?

Impressive! Thank you! While I've got your ear, do you have any thoughts about the efficacy, bioavailability, and impact/outcomes of curcumin. I thought it was great until I read this article - https://blogs.sciencemag.org/pipeline/archives/2017/01/12/curcumin-will-waste-your-time - and now I'm thinking I might be wasting my time with it, despite it personally giving me almost a brain high when I take Longvida slightly warmed in coconut oil/ghee.

That's just talking about curcumin with nothing else in it, and I agree. Taking curcumin by itself is kind of worthless. That's why you either add in piperine, or you take a form like Longvida that has higher bioavailability.
The big issue with the supplement industry, and our entire society as a whole, is everyone goes to the extremes when discussing stuff. It's either the best thing that will solve all your issues, or it is a complete waste of money and time. People don't like to play in the zone of reality, where things are generally going to give you mild long-term effects. They like to say it's either the best or the worst. You are either buying a panacea or you are being completely scammed. The real world exists in the middle ground. The middle ground doesn't get clicks or sell products, though. So you get half the people saying this product is amazing, then you get half the people saying it's bullshit and you are wasting your time. Both sides are wrong.
