New bacopa and maca extracts

I know these have been asked about 2-3 months ago, but I'm wondering what the status is of these two new extracts now.

I'm also very interested to hear more about the effects of each from u/MisterYouAreSoDumb or others at ND, especially the maca as it hasn't been discussed much. Thanks!

You shouldn't get any of that on the first dose. It's the second dose that can trick your body into thinking it is sick. The first dose just feels like you got punched in the arm really hard, and you can just be a little sore. I took some Rephyll, tart cherry, Longvida and my normal stack and was fine. My arm hurt like hell for a day or so, but nothing more than that.
