Natrium Health Sleep Support - Daytime Use

Original post in this thread

Has anyone tried using Sleep Support during the daytime to help reduce stress and anxiety...or maybe know a reason why that might be a bad idea (besides possible sleepiness)?

I've tried pretty much everything (except for many of the harder or more exotic supplements/nootropics) over the last 10 years. I've had more than a few orders from NH and ND during that time. :) Sometimes things will help for a few days (maybe even up to a week or two) but ultimately fail. The worst one lately was agmatine (huge increase in anxiety/anger at doses of 250-2,000 mg). Even things that are supposed to be more calming (like bacopa, lithium orotate, curcumin, ashwagandha, magnesium, cbd, etc.) increase my anxiety. So far, the only thing that has decreased anxiety without lowering mood too much is l-theanine. However, the effects are very mild and short-lived.

Damn, that sounds like a difficult case. Have you done any blood testing for things like hormones and other levels to see if you are missing something obvious?

Curious on y'alls thoughts on this. I spoke to a ayurveda person (ayurveda is where Ashwagandha and Bacopa come from) and he was like for thousands of years we put the herbs into food and ate it long-term and not made extracts out of it. Should we have skepticism over extracts with this logic maybe?

Replying to DoctorBoneMarrow · How would you hypothetically approach stuttering? The prevailing research points to hyper-dopaminergic activity in the striatum/basal ganglia (similar to Tourette's) and potential

That's tough, because the causal mechanisms are not proven yet. Thiamine is the most studied supplement for stuttering, so that is an obvious easy one to have in there. Magnesium and L-theanine would be good for the GABA

Combining ash KSM-66, schisandra and skullcap?

Replying to faxmulder · So do you think that combining all together would not be overkill? Maybe KSM-66 + schisandra in the morning and skullcap + bacopa in the evening? I'm having issues with high REM s

Yeah, that would be a good strategy to start. I actually get really good effects from LucidiSPORE for sleep. My wife does, too. It's crazy how effective it can be. I actually combine LucidiSPORE, agmatine, Micromag, and
