Has anyone tried using Sleep Support during the daytime to help reduce stress and anxiety...or maybe know a reason why that might be a bad idea (besides possible sleepiness)?

I've tried pretty much everything (except for many of the harder or more exotic supplements/nootropics) over the last 10 years. I've had more than a few orders from NH and ND during that time. :) Sometimes things will help for a few days (maybe even up to a week or two) but ultimately fail. The worst one lately was agmatine (huge increase in anxiety/anger at doses of 250-2,000 mg). Even things that are supposed to be more calming (like bacopa, lithium orotate, curcumin, ashwagandha, magnesium, cbd, etc.) increase my anxiety. So far, the only thing that has decreased anxiety without lowering mood too much is l-theanine. However, the effects are very mild and short-lived.

Damn, that sounds like a difficult case. Have you done any blood testing for things like hormones and other levels to see if you are missing something obvious?
