Purchased some NMN, is there a safe amount when it comes lead and tin in supplements?

Sorry if this is the wrong place, wasn’t 100% sure where to post it.

I recently purchased some NMN and even though the lab sent me a certificate of analysis, I wanted to get it tested by a third party. I got the results back (see below);

Results:
Lead (Pb) 0.049 mg/kg
Tin (Sn) 0.024)

I found a few sites/pdfs online that gave me an idea of maximum levels in food but I’m worried about the cumulative effects. Am I worry over nothing or are the levels found dangerous when consuming the supplement on a daily basis?

Thanks for your opinion, much appreciated (also thanks to wobuxihuanbaichi2 for getting you to see this post).
Here is the lab I used;

I just took a screenshot of the part that I thought was most relevant but can upload the full thing and just edited out names/addresses etc if it would be of use?

But just to clarify, you reckon Lead (Pb) 0.049 mg/kg is an acceptable amount and will be ok to take long term (or at least for a few months?)

Also, since I have you, do you have any experience with NR/NAD/NMN at all?

Edit: Not sure how relevant but it seems the testing method was ICP-MS (Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry)

I've never used Intertek, but they seem pretty large. ICP-MS methods are pretty plug and play, too. So someone that large is likely fine. You'd have to do validations to ensure your detection limits are accurate for those matrices, but I would imagine they are. ICP-MS is the ideal methodology to use for heavy metals analysis. It's what we use.

Yes, 0.049ppm is very very low for lead. Many things you consume every single day are over that. Remember, you are talking 250-300mg doses for NMN. You can't compare it to things like water a food, where you are consuming 100 times that or more. It has been arsenic we have been finding in NMN, but your results show not detected. So that's good. PM me the supplier you got this from so I can look into it.
