Original post in this thread

Interesting new offering. But the big question is, does it make you tired or lethargic? Like Bacognize?

What they were answering

1. So if I want stimulation and take it in the morning I should get Synapsa but if I want to sleep better at night I should get Bacognize or the new Bacopa pills?
2. Usually it takes 2 months to notice the effect from Bacopa, if I take 2 capsules instead of 1 capsule a day will I see the effect in 1 month theoretically?

1) Yes, that's a good rule of thumb. I personally like our new bacopa better than Bacognize. Again, everyone is different. You might prefer one that I don't.

2) No, you can't speed up the time it takes for full effects by upping the dose alone. Some changes just take time, and dosing is not the main thing dictating that effect.

Why does ND recommend such a high dose of their bacopa extract?

Travel Back In Time To Recover Our New Product: Cognance - Bacopa Reimagined

Replying to TTran1485 · How is this any different than just dosing your 24% product higher since Bacosides get metabolized into ebelin lactone anyways? Just no tiredness effects from the new product? I’m

Because your body doesn't make very much ebelin lactone naturally. It's a fairly complex process to metabolize significant amounts of it. You'd have to start with an extract high in bacoside A3 and bacopaside X, as the o

They use the same raw material as a starting place, and both use the same solvents in the extraction. However, whenever you alter the extraction to concentrate more of one thing, you inevitably will alter the effects som

Replying to MrNotSoSerious · So this bacopa you're talking about is the same thing you talked about in this thread? The one where you likened it to 4-ACO-DMT? - https://www.reddit.com/r/NootropicsDepot/comment

It might be... Remember, I was likening it to the effects that microdosing gives, not to the psychedelic effects. That would require larger doses that I have not personally tried yet. I want to, but I have been too busy
