Absorb Health responds to criticisms

Hi,
My name is Joshua Fulton. I'm the owner and founder of Absorb Health. I've been here since day one when we started with virtually nothing to the point where we're at now where we have over 100 products, and ship out hundreds of orders a day from a 2400 sq ft warehouse.
Over the past 6 years, as I'm sure you can imagine, I've faced many obstacles. I've faced people threatening me on a regular basis because maybe they're disgruntled customers who claim you sold them rice and made a youtube video about it (yes, this really happened and it even got traction among some people), disgruntled former employees, hooded internet competition from all over the globe who threaten to "negative seo" your site out of the water, etc.
My attitude has been to keep my head down and focus on Absorb Health, focus on the positive and, within reason, ignore the negative and eventually the obstacles will be overcome and the time spent growing our company will be more valuable than engaging in petty wars among petty people. Incidentally, this applies to my personal life as well, as I simply focus on my family and my business, and hardly am ever on social media or message boards.
But our reputation h…

Now let's address things you have said one by one:
Firstly, we have 3rd party tests on our website. Every single powder we have is tested by our contract manufacturer who sends it out to a 3rd party lab. Here is a link to the dozens of COA's on our website: https://drive.google.com/drive/u/1/folders/0BzpCe812Co5jflZfN3A0RG5LdGZHbjRickhfa05PMm9JRnB3bU1TOGtMbmYxSWVQVmxBdzA
Look at the Alpha-GPC 50% test, for example. First, this AATS lab looks sketch as hell... Look at their site!
http://aatestingservice.com/about
They are just placeholder descriptions under everyone's names!!!
This area is editable and you can use it to introduce your team and their roles.
Come on, at least finish the site to make it look like a legit lab. I'm expected to have confidence in this lab's testing?!? Even if the lab is legit, which I am very much doubting at the moment, FTIR is not an appropriate testing method for 50% Alpha-GPC. You need to send that off for titration analysis to ensure it is actually 50%. Otherwise you are just telling if it contains Alpha-GPC or not, but not the ratio. Also, that AATS report is from 2015! You are telling me that you have not gotten another batch in over 2 years?!?
Firstly, is it not unusual to just post tests of just two products when we sell over 100? I'm guessing these are these are the only two they found anything even spurious enough to post anything about. If I was a petty person, I'm sure I could test just about any company's products and find something more to show the public than they did. Ginseng is not a particularly popular product for us, so I can only imagine they tested many more.
I tested products people were complaining about. I am not randomly testing all your products. That's your job. I test things when people write me saying they think something is impure or fake. Perhaps I should test some more of your stuff, though. How confident are you that I am not going to find anything wrong in any of your products? I'd bet money I am going to find a lot wrong.
The test Ceretropic posted about Ginseng is garbage. They said the sample had to have certain peaks or whatever, but that is only if it is standardized to certain ginsenosides. Ours is a 10:1 extract, so naturally it wouldn't have the same shaped graph as one standardized to a certain percentage of ginsenosides. Additionally, we charge a lower price than one standardized to a high percentage of ginsenosides and never have claimed for the product to be other than what it is.
Total and utter bullshit. You don't even know anything about your own products! There is no ginseng in your capsules, and ZERO ginsenosides. All species of ginseng have ginsenosides. Your capsules have none. On top of that, I had the lab run an HP-TLC analysis on the capsules. It contains none! 10:1 of nothing is still nothing. It's fake, dude...
Here are the 3rd party analyses showing your product is completely fake.
This is a 3rd party lab, not our internal lab. I had these professionally tested by Alkemist to be absolutely sure. Funny thing is that I have probably spent more money testing your products than you have!
The Pramiracetam, I believe there is a similarity to the two graphs, and I am supplying our COA:
Ohh come on. Anyone with any shred of analytical chemistry knowledge can tell the two spectrums are totally different. That "COA" you posted is worthless, and does not even talk about molecular identity. Just open one of your capsules, and put the powder on your tongue. You will immediately know it is not pramiracetam. Pram is EXTREMELY bitter, and will burn your tongue. You capsules are just sweet like maltodextrin. Come on man, do a little due dilligence, and realize your manufacturers and suppliers are not properly doing things. I don't think you are purposely screwing things up. You just have zero clue about what is going on, and how to vet the companies you use for production. Take some responsibility, and take a hard look at how confident you are about them. I've given you actual analytical proof some of your stuff does not contain the compounds it is supposed to. You can lash out at me and say I am doing this to ruin you, or you can take some damn responsibility for your products, and admit things need changing.
I know this for a fact for the SR9009. I'm attaching a screen shot of when I inquired to a lab about SARMs. They explicitly stated there's no accredited standard.
Just because your lab can't test it, does not mean nobody can. Here is the COA from Colmeric who did NMR to confirm identity, and HPLC to confirm purity. That's what we based our standards on. You know you can create your own analytical standards, correct? How do you think Sigma Aldrich does it? We've spent a lot of time and money advancing the analytical standards in this industry.
I have good working relationships with many vendors in this space. I am happy to call quality vendors, like LiftMode/NewMind and Pure Nootropics, peers. Literally the only reason I have an issue with you is because you have been caught selling fake products. People contact me all the time when they think something of theirs is fake or impure. Even though I am super busy, I try to help out as many people as I can. So I test said samples that I get, and investigate further if I see something really shady. That's why I started out in this space. You are not doing any testing, and only relying on your contract manufacturers to test. The labs used in your COAs seem very suspect, and some of those reports are years old. Even if the AATS lab is legit, the methods are wrong, and you have no idea if your manufacturer is sending the correct samples, or not screwing something up during the process. You don't personally verify anything. So you have no idea. It's an embarrassment to our industry, and gives the whole space a bad name. It's your ultimate responsibility to ensure your products are correct and pure. You can't just point to your manufacturers when things go wrong, and expect people to just accept it. You are responsible for what is sold through your company, and you need to be ensuring that everything is properly done. You are not doing that. You can continue to point at me, or you can look in the mirror, man up, and fix your company's problems. I seriously only want vendors in this space to operate properly, and ensure their customers are getting correct and pure products. That's it. If you were doing that, I would have zero issue with you. Not everything is a conspiracy.
