Is Absorb Your Health legit?

I found this site being heavily endorsed by BrainTropic and Nootriment. But I'm afraid I'm just buying supplements with sugar / rice powder inside. Is Absorb Health legit and how do I go have my supplements tested for authenticity?

I recently tested their Pramiracetam capsules, and they were totally fake. No Pramiracetam was in them. I also tested their Panax Ginseng capsules last year, and they were totally fake too. No ginseng in the capsules at all.
