It feels like I've tried just about everything out there and find that very very few substances actually have any effect that I can definitively confirm to myself as being a direct action from whatever I ingest. I'd even be happier if I'd gotten some side effects at least there would be some sign of efficacy at least. What hasn't worked for you and what was the biggest letdown ?

So far, nothing worked for me.

l-tyrosine, l-theanine, noopept, aniracetam, pramiracetam, oxiracetam.
yes, I took a choline source with the racetams. first alpha gpc, then bitartrat because it wasn't making any difference anyway

Try something other than a racetam. I barely use racetams anymore. There are a lot more effective things out there.
