Pramiracetam Consistency & Vendor Reliability

Hello folks. I've previously used PowderCity as a steady source of bulk nootropic powders and I recall their pramiracetam having a crystal-like consistency often making it difficult to cap. Does pramiracetam always have this consistency or can it vary? The reason I ask is I recently purchased some pramiracetam capsules from AbsorbHealth (listed on the vendors page), and upon inspecting the capsule contents, it has more of a baking soda consistency. Is this normal? And is Absorb definitely a reliable supplier?

I have no idea, to be perfectly honest. It's possible I'm not using enough or I'm just one of those people who doesn't see an improvement using it.
I just don't know how to vet suppliers (I'm super new to actually purchasing nootropics).
