Pramiracetam Consistency & Vendor Reliability

Hello folks. I've previously used PowderCity as a steady source of bulk nootropic powders and I recall their pramiracetam having a crystal-like consistency often making it difficult to cap. Does pramiracetam always have this consistency or can it vary? The reason I ask is I recently purchased some pramiracetam capsules from AbsorbHealth (listed on the vendors page), and upon inspecting the capsule contents, it has more of a baking soda consistency. Is this normal? And is Absorb definitely a reliable supplier?

I do it for the community, but I also own Ceretropic and Nootropics Depot. My lab manager hates it when I shove random tests in, but that's kind of why I got into this in the first place. So we make time.
