Pramiracetam Consistency & Vendor Reliability

Hello folks. I've previously used PowderCity as a steady source of bulk nootropic powders and I recall their pramiracetam having a crystal-like consistency often making it difficult to cap. Does pramiracetam always have this consistency or can it vary? The reason I ask is I recently purchased some pramiracetam capsules from AbsorbHealth (listed on the vendors page), and upon inspecting the capsule contents, it has more of a baking soda consistency. Is this normal? And is Absorb definitely a reliable supplier?

Send me a sample, and I will test it. That doesn't sound right, and Absorb Health's panax ginseng was completely fake when I tested it. It was just baking soda in the capsules. Zero ginseng at all. Wouldn't surprise me in the least if their pram was fake too.
