Reliable replacement for PowderCity?

PowderCity seems to be directing users to nootrostop.com, which in turn is directing people to nootropicsdepot.com. That's two too many jumps into the shady pool for me.

Does anyone have a reliable replacement for PowderCity?

I'm looking for only two things currently that I previously purchased from Powdercity):
L-Theanine
Noopept

I lost about $30 placing an order with nootropicsdepot with bitcoin. They claim they never got it despite the transaction being verified in the blockchain. I wouldn't advise anyone to pay with bitcoin useless you can afford your money to be lost in a black hole.

PM me your details and I will look into it. Bitcoin is having massive scaling issues right now, and some transactions with low fees are sitting indefinitely.
