Pramiracetam Consistency & Vendor Reliability

Hello folks. I've previously used PowderCity as a steady source of bulk nootropic powders and I recall their pramiracetam having a crystal-like consistency often making it difficult to cap. Does pramiracetam always have this consistency or can it vary? The reason I ask is I recently purchased some pramiracetam capsules from AbsorbHealth (listed on the vendors page), and upon inspecting the capsule contents, it has more of a baking soda consistency. Is this normal? And is Absorb definitely a reliable supplier?

Who? Absorb Health? They could be sued, but they don't have enough money to make it worthwhile for a lawyer on contingency, and hourly would cost someone a lot. So I doubt it would happen. Damage to their reputation (not that they even have a good one) is the best recourse.
Honestly, I don't think they know they are selling fake stuff. They just don't test anything. So they assume things are fine. It's inexcusable either way.
