New Products at Nootropics Depot

Whenever I get the Nootropics Depot newsletter I get all giddy, and my wallet runs in fear.

First off is a new Bacopa extract called Synapsa. Does anybody here have experience with both Synapsa AND Bacognize? I like Bacopa, but ultimately discontinued after 5 months due to lethargy and brain fog. Hoping someone can corroborate what I've read: that Synapsa is a bit more stimulating.

Second question is directed primarily at u/MisterYouAreSoDumb, but I think others will wonder the same. Cordyceps 10:1 extract from Nammex was also released today, with 20% beta glucans and 0.3% cordycepin by HPLC. Upon checking the original Cordyceps page, I see that it, too has 0.3% cordycepin, but 30% beta glucans. It would appear that the original is more potent-- is this true?

All input on both questions welcome.

For anyone paying attention, Cetrizine, Cordyceps, Epicor, Caffeine, Nalt, then possibly theacrine, a variant of both semax and selank and probably p21- these are the things I've noticed MYASD takes daily. But then he also will drop/add things to test new stuff out. What I'm wondering is, do you drop everything to go to a baseline or do you fall back on just caffeine and cetrizine, for instance?

I think it's interesting, trying new substances when we also need to control for withdrawals, half lives permanent changes.

I have to take 3-4 Cetirizine every day. I cannot skip a day, or I will literally die from my airway closing. So that is a constant for me. Everything else comes and goes. Caffeine is the most consistent. However, I do sometimes drop it for a week or two, to go to baseline. Most of the time I am taking multiple things, though.

N-Acetyl Semax Amidate

Replying to kanooker · Sooo..If you had to choose one thing to take right now what would it be?

The newest thing! Seriously, my stack is more about trying new things, and assessing how I react to them, rather than a steady enhancement stack. If I was forced to pick a base-level stack right now that I would have to

REVIEW - Ceretropic and their products (big stack)

Replying to nootlogger · I am assuming this is fine for the NA amidate version as well? I will give it a go next week

I use the N-Acetyl Semax Amidate daily via the nasal route. It works great. My current stack of N-Acetyl Semax Amidate, N-Acetyl Selank, and P21 has been working very well. Then I just have caffeine, CJC-1295, Ipamorelin

Despite all the great evidence around it, why is l-carnosine so little discussed here?

Replying to janowski_d · Could you list any other substances that you take on regular basis ( beside Semax, Selank and caffeine of course I know you love them already haha ) ? Never heard before of carnos

I am always changing things, and trying out new compounds. So what I am taking varies a lot. Lately I have been doing a base stack of cordyceps 1:1 extract, shilajit, panax ginseng root/leaf/GS15-4, polygala, caffeine, t

Generally I try and get back to baseline before adding in new things. It just depends on the substance, though. If I am trying something that affects monoaminergic systems directly, I always go to baseline. If it's somet

Always keep peptide in the fridge, as that is where they are most stable. They are MORE stable as a lyophilized powder in the vial, and become LESS stable once you mix them with water. However, some smaller sequence pept

Ceretropic will be closed permanently on 6/22/18

Replying to RonSpec · u/MisterYouAreSoDumb Is it possible to give the company to someone else and be a quality consultant for them? It looks like Ceretropic has caused such a ruckus to be simply shut

Unfortunately, these things are a lot more complicated than most realize. I try to be as open as I can with everyone here, but there are just some things that I can't fully explain publicly. I'm already way way more open
