Whenever I get the Nootropics Depot newsletter I get all giddy, and my wallet runs in fear.
First off is a new Bacopa extract called Synapsa. Does anybody here have experience with both Synapsa AND Bacognize? I like Bacopa, but ultimately discontinued after 5 months due to lethargy and brain fog. Hoping someone can corroborate what I've read: that Synapsa is a bit more stimulating.
Second question is directed primarily at u/MisterYouAreSoDumb, but I think others will wonder the same. Cordyceps 10:1 extract from Nammex was also released today, with 20% beta glucans and 0.3% cordycepin by HPLC. Upon checking the original Cordyceps page, I see that it, too has 0.3% cordycepin, but 30% beta glucans. It would appear that the original is more potent-- is this true?
All input on both questions welcome.

For anyone paying attention, Cetrizine, Cordyceps, Epicor, Caffeine, Nalt, then possibly theacrine, a variant of both semax and selank and probably p21- these are the things I've noticed MYASD takes daily. But then he also will drop/add things to test new stuff out. What I'm wondering is, do you drop everything to go to a baseline or do you fall back on just caffeine and cetrizine, for instance?
I think it's interesting, trying new substances when we also need to control for withdrawals, half lives permanent changes.

I have to take 3-4 Cetirizine every day. I cannot skip a day, or I will literally die from my airway closing. So that is a constant for me. Everything else comes and goes. Caffeine is the most consistent. However, I do sometimes drop it for a week or two, to go to baseline. Most of the time I am taking multiple things, though.
