Is New Star Nootropics still working?

I ordered some Noopept from them about 3 days ago and haven't even gotten a confirmation mail in my inbox. Luckily I took a screenshot of the payment confirmation page which has my receipt number though, otherwise I wouldn't even have that. Only thing I have is a receipt from PayPal. Have mailed them for a response but still waiting. Tried calling the number they have listed but it says that it's not reachable...

Thanks for the help redditors, I've been lurking on this sub for quite a while but this is my first post 👍🏼

I never heard from them on it. I have a feeling they ran into the same issue I did, where the lab just keeps dragging their feet till you give up. It's a real problem right now. There are so many new Nootropics vendors getting into the space. So the labs and suppliers forgo custom synth work to do larger batches of basic Nootropics they can sell to all these new vendors popping up. They would rather sell basic stuff to a lot of people, rather than advanced stuff to one or two vendors. I am calling it the Walmartization of the Nootropics industry, and it is pissing me off.

Another side effect is that the batches being sent out recently are of such poor quality. Just today we got impure batches of 9-Fluorenol, Pramiracetam, and Oxiracetam. We got an impure batch of Tianeptine Sulfate last week. Labs are rushing out synths to meet new demand, and the quality is dropping. These are labs we have used for years too. They know many of the new vendors are not going to catch it. It's dumb... so dumb.

I emailed NSN (or I guess SN now) a little bit ago. I'll circle back with them to see if they made any progress on the R-Phenylpiracetam. They alluded to coming out with new Nootropics soon. So they may have decided to go it without me too.

When we first brought out 9-Fluorenol, I admittedly wanted to call it something more marketable. It was, afterall, supposed to be an alternative to modafinil and adrafinil. It has a hydroxyl group and two phenyl groups.

My comment was more for everyone else reading. You have to remember that a lot of people come here who are just starting out, and might see kratom being mentioned on a nootropics subreddit, then automatically consider it

Then I would go the route people are suggesting. Move to aniracetam next. Then you can try oxiracetam and pramiracetam after. You'll feel those a lot more than the piracetam. Then you can branch out from there if you wan

Noooooo! If you go on Longecity, you will see reports of Nootrabiolabs selling fake adrafinil and fake phenylpiracetam. I've used them in the past for Piracetam, Oxiracetam, and Pramiracetam. They all seemed effective.
