Hi /r/nootropics.
My name's Lincoln Cannon, and I'm CEO at Thrivous. Thrivous is a brand new nootropic vendor. Sales of our first product, Clarity, began less than a month ago. And we're excited to share it with you. Of course I don't have to ask for it here, but please know I welcome your questions and feedback, both positive and negative.
Like many of you, I've been using nootropics for years. Most of the time, I've purchased individual ingredients to facilitate experimentation, and to avoid the high prices and secret formulas of premade stacks.
Over the years, when friends have learned that I use nootropics, they've often asked for recommendations. I tend to be conservative in matters of health, particularly when making recommendations to others, so I would generally direct them to natural supplements with the best supporting research for nootropic effect.
Several months ago, inspired by all the nootropic bottles next to my sink, my wife and I had a conversation about the [sorry state of affairs among premade stacks](https://thrivous.com/blogs/views/97432769…

Love it! If things are not what I believe them to be, I certainly want to fix them, even without your endorsement. But I do want your endorsement, so can we add one more item to the deal? If anything is not correct, you'll still make an endorsement after we rectify it?

Well if things turn out to be incorrect, that will mean that you put out a bad product without the appropriate testing. That's not a good start to a brand. Also, how do I know that you will continue the quality control processes going forward, or on new products? Honestly, if you are not sure about the ingredients in the product right now, it should probably be taken down till the testing is done. That is what I would do if I questioned anything.
To get my endorsement, even after a product was launched and sold with incorrect or impure ingredients, a company would have to unequivocally show that they put steps in place to ensure that it would never happen again, and that they took timely and appropriate action when the issue was first raised. I would have to know, without a shadow of a doubt, that an oversight like that would not affect customers again.
