Hey, I bought the follows nootropics about a year ago from nootropics depot, however there is no expiration date on any of the products. Does anyone think they would still be fine after a year exactly?
What they were answering

What do you think about bacopa monnieri Bacognize? I presented the neuro evidence to some neuropsychologist on Reddit to get some opinions on taking it. I am thinking about taking it because I work in a polluted warehouse filled with fine air particles that get dispersed by broken florescent lamps. I can't leave the job right now. Right now, I am supplementing with CDP choline because of the neuroprotection properties. The neuropsychologist said that the Bacognize Bacopa group, had methodology flaws like type 2 errors and not outlining performance validity. Verdure collaborated with UCLA with Longvida , so why would they sell a bunk product?
P.S. I am not out on a witch Hunt or demonizing Verdure, I just want a conclusive answer on whether to take bacopa or not because bacopa has very small levels of metals, and that might add to pollutents that I get exposed daily. Plus, I want a better memory, and not get dementia due to that Damm warehouse!!!

There are a lot of studies on bacopa in general. I would not only look at the ones specifically assessing Bacognize.
The main thing you should be doing is wearing a respirator in that warehouse. Also, you might want to contact OSHA if you feel the environment is unsafe to work in. I would not be trying to supplement around exposure to a toxic work environment. I would be working to prevent that exposure altogether.
