Siberian Ginseng worth taking? Is it the "best" ginseng or like panax ginseng is better?

Yep, back in 2012-2013 afaik.

I'm also trialling some scaled doses of my sensoril on one of my cats (along with theracurmn and resveratrol) for squamous cell carcinoma too. Couldn't find any research on use in cats except for one possible 1965 paper that I couldn't see the text for. Plenty of pet supplements use small amounts of the whole root though, so it seems plausibly safe.

So far they seem to tolerate it fine. I've mixed it in their food or some milk, they feed and then have a snooze. Going to try introducing or cycling some reishi in too.

I would think it would be fairly safe for cats. You've noticed they get sleepy after using it?

I used 300mg of the KSM-66 today, and I found it to work well. It did not make me tired, but kept me calm. I'm going to do Sensoril tomorrow, to get a back-to-back feel for their differences.
